Results

ANZUPGO met its primary endpoint of IGA-CHE treatment success (IGA-CHE 0/1 with at least a 2-point improvement from baseline) at Week 16. ANZUPGO vs cream vehicle1,2:

  • DELTA 1 (N=325 vs N=162): 19.7% vs 9.9% (P=0.0055)
  • DELTA 2 (N=313 vs N=159): 29.1% vs 6.9% (P<0.0001)

Safety

Adverse Reactions: Adverse reactions reported in ≤1% of subjects were application site pain, paresthesia, pruritus, erythema, and bacterial skin infections, including finger cellulitis, paronychia, other skin infections, leukopenia, and neutropenia.1
